Hash Brown Hot Dish

No better title than that!

Once again my mom emailed me the following recipe.
It’s fast, easy, quick and more importantly…..GOOD!
Everyone loved this.

Note: I don’t like mushroom anything so I substituted cream of chicken soup for the mushroom soup.

Hash Brown Hot Dish


32 oz. pkg. Hash Browns,thawed
2 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 c. Green Onions, diced
2 Tbl. Butter, melted
16 oz. Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (or cream of chicken)
1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp. Pepper


Preheat oven to 350.
Spray 13 x 9″ dish with PAM.
Combine everything and pour into dish.
Bake 1 hour until bubbly.
