Corned Beef Casserole

This was a hit last night.
We used to eat it growing up and I hadn’t made it in a very long time.
It tasted as good as I remember.

Quick, Simple, Cheap

Corned Beef Casserole

Combine:
12 oz. can corned beef, broken (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/4 lb. (about 1 cup) processed American cheese, chopped
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion

Alternate in layers in greased 2 qt. baking dish with 8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
Top with 3/4 cup Wheaties

Bake until heated through. Garnish with minced parsley and sliced stuffed olives.

Time:30 to 40 minutes
Amount:6 to 8 servings
